After winning the Barnsley & Rotherham Chamber business award for environmental commitment in 2017, RR have announced that they will sponsoring the category for 2018.

The award seeks to recognise a company, particularly an SME, which has identified the need and opportunity for innovation in the environmental field. Either working in the environmental sector, or as a serious adopter of environmental innovation.

The judges will be looking for evidence of the following:

Trends in business turnover and profit.

Details of schemes, initiatives, policies or projects that improve your environmental performance.

Quantifiable beneficial impact of your schemes on the environment and the wider community.

Official recognition for your level of commitment to the environment or environmental management systems.
