When a customer calls, RR go beyond shredding
Russell Richardson have always been proud to offer a flexible service to their customers, with service operatives and staff willing to go the extra mile for customers. So, when one of their customers suddenly found their office move was happening sooner than planned, they turned to a supplier they knew they could rely on to not only clear the old office, but also ensure that everything was disposed of correctly.
With just a couple of days’ notice, Russell Richardson were able to provide over 220 man hours throughout the following 4 days and in to the weekend. With 11 members of staff working overtime on the Saturday to clear the 3 floors of confidential waste, WEEE, monitor stands and other office furniture, the office was cleared by the deadline.
“Our flexibility and willingness to adapt to our customers’ needs has always been what sets us apart but this job really proved it,” commented Jonathan Richardson, managing director at Russell Richardson. “All our staff are security checked and not one of us is a jobs worth’s. Everyone is willing to get stuck in to whatever needs doing. On Saturday we had staff from the office getting their hands dirty along with our operatives to get the job done. It was this flexibility and team work, along with our experience that enabled us to react and be able turn the job around in such a short time frame.”
